Jak se vede YENNEFER?

Mandala named YENNEFER from my previous post was completed 

to a necklace with two types of rondelles designed using baby-bicone pressed beads.

Mandala/Rosette/Pendant/Brooch 

It is named after the witch Yennefer from Andrew Sapkowski's novel The Witcher. In The Witcher, Yennefer wore an eight-pointed medallion around her neck.

Yennefer ia  Cornish or Welsh name meaning "white shadow, white wave".

 
I first created the central octahedral part (which also works on its own) in the summer of 2024, setting it in a circle in January 2025. Created using my Spirala Beading Frames SBF.

Czech two-hole Superduo pressed beads by Matubo

 Czech and Japanese seed beads

 

 

 

Mandala diameter is about 5,5 cm

 

Vločka která chtěla být hvězdou

Vločka která chtěla být hvězdou, aneb svítící vločková koule. 

Je dutá, aby do ní šlo vložit světlýlko, je zhotovená z promyšlené kombinace korálků, 

které jsou částečně průhledné, aby se světlo s nimi mohlo hrát.

 Ale svítít jen může - nemusí - pak je to, klasická korálková koule...

 Při pohledu na tento kousek mně napadá legendární věta, kterou pronesla Popelka 

při otevření posledního oříšku z pohádky Tři oříšky pro Popelku.
